“With further developments in the outbreak of COVID-19 and following the unanimous decision of the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) presidents on Monday morning (March 16), Stevenson University, along with the conference’s other 16 institutions, will cancel all spring athletics practices and competition through the remainder of the 2019-20 academic year.

On Thursday, March 12, the NCAA announced it was canceling the remainder of its winter and spring championships. With this news the NCAA Division III Administrative Committee provided flexibility for schools to assist students with travel, lodging and meals as a result of campus displacements. The committee waived all requirements for sports sponsorships for the spring season. It also granted an additional season/semester of eligibility for student-athletes participating in spring sports.
While there are no confirmed cases of COVID-19 at Stevenson, the University canceled in-person classes beginning Wednesday, March 10, and after Spring Break this week, will transition to remote instruction for the following week (March 23-27).”
