Best friends have an undeniable bond that involves humor and honesty, which is exactly what one can expect from RuPaul and Michelle Visage’s podcast, “What’s The Tee?”

These two have a one-of-a-kind friendship that empowers listeners to take charge of their lives and make the most of life. The duo discusses topics that range from beauty and lifestyle to bullying, connecting with many people.

RuPaul is irrefutably the greatest drag superstar who has acting, singing and hosting on his long list of credits. Most famously known for his 90s hit song “Supermodel (You Betta Work),” RuPaul has recorded several chart topping dance albums as well.

The biggest success to come from his career is “RuPaul’s Drag Race,” which debuted in 2009. The show is now in its ninth season and has been renewed for a tenth. RuPaul says, “I love drag, and I love people who gravitate toward it. Because the people who do drag are people who dance to the beat of a different drummer, and I think that’s really the attraction for people who have tuned in year after year after year.”

Michelle Visage is a guest judge on “RuPaul’s Drag Race” and, similarly to RuPaul, sings and hosts. From being in the girl group “Seduction” to various radio DJ gigs, Visage has a significant voice in the LGBTQ community and has taken on a motherly role for the younger generation.

The podcast follows along with the show and features special guests from the majority of the episodes. The guests are usually celebrities who discuss some of the hardships with fame and within the entertainment industry. Most recently, Lady Gaga appeared on the podcast. The never-ending list of special guests includes Leah Remini, Anna Faris, Graham Norton, Suzanne Somers, Elvira and more. Alumni from “RuPaul’s Drag Race” also appear on the podcast to discuss their time on the show and life afterwards.

The relationship that RuPaul and Michelle Visage have is magnetic and reminiscent of the type of friendship that everyone craves. “What’s The Tee?” is the perfect listening experience to put anyone in a better spirit. New episodes air weekly on iTunes and SoundCloud.
