Instructions:
- Cut ribbon to your desired length
- Turn letter backwards and glue both ends of the ribbon to the top of the letter; hold until firm
- Flip letter back over
- Pick flowers from stems
- Arrange flowers onto letter to your satisfaction
- Glue around the bottom of one individual flower
- Place glued flower back onto designated area and hold until firm
- Repeat until letter is covered

Instructions:
- Trace edge of vase with glue
- Immediately place Styrofoam ball on top and hold until firm
- Stick Dum-Dum lollipops into Styrofoam ball until no longer visible
